  • 2) To advice and help desks for preparing parawise remarks and affidavit in the matters of Tribal Development Department in the Supreme Court, High Courts, MAT and other courts.
  • 3) To co-ordinate with the desks in above matters and provide status information to Hon'ble Secretary, Tribal Development
  • 4) To give legal advice to the desks in Tribal Development Department
  • 5) To remain present in the court along with the concerned officials.
